Great for party snacks or lunch box treats, these cracker bites are quick to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 box Huntley & Palmers Cranberry & Coconut Platter Bites
- 1 cup cream cheese at room temperature
- Zest of 1 orange
- FreshLife Walnut Pieces
Instructions
- Finely chop the walnut pieces and transfer to a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and orange zest.
- Place half of the crackers on a tray and spread with some of the cream cheese mixture. Top with the rest of the crackers to form a sandwich and roll each in the crushed walnuts.
