Fresh tomato salsa
Tomato salsa can be expensive so here's a fab make-at-home recipe. This recipe uses heart healthy rice bran oil, chilli and capsicum.

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill.
Serve with your favourite raw vegetable sticks, breads, crackers, bagel crisps or rice chips and enjoy!
