Superwine biscuit Marshmallow Balls

Fun to make and fun to eat, these Superwine Marshmallow Balls are great to make with the kids on a rainy Saturday afternoon, as long as you don’t mind sticky little fingers.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 packet plain biscuits Super wine biscuits
  • 1 cup brown Sugar
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g butter melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1 packet marshmallows
  • 50 g coconut

Instructions
 

  • Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs then add brown sugar, condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla essence, cocoa & marshmallows. Pop in the fridge for 10mn to set a little.
  • Take the mixture out and roll into balls.
  • Coat in coconut.
  • Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.

Notes

Fresh tips:
  • If the mixture is too soft to roll, pop it back in the fridge again.
  • To prevent from sticking to your fingers, dip your hands in a little water regularly.
