Baked camembert
Small blue pot with a whole round cheese in it topped with garlic slices and herb, thyme and glass of wine, crackers around the pot.
This baked camembert is perfect for the pre-party platter. Serve with scrumptious crackers and a glass of chilled pinot gris.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 125 g camembert
  • 1 small garlic clove sliced
  • 2 sprigs Superb Herb fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp white wine Pinot gris
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • crackers and bread to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C
  • Remove cheese from wrapping and place in an oven-proof dish - preferably one that is not too much bigger than the cheese.
  • Stud the cheese with the garlic slices and thyme sprigs. Pour wine over and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
  • Remove from the oven and serve it with your favourite crackers or soft bread.

Notes

Sprinkle with roasted almonds or walnuts to take this baked camembert next level!
