Farmland thin sliced streaky bacon
250g, halved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Peel and slice avocados into 8 -10 wedges. Wrap each wedge in bacon.
Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
Serve with avocado mayo or favourite dip.
Notes
Tip: Choose ripe but firm avocados for easier handling.
