Ingredients
250gplain sweet biscuitscrushed finely
200gbuttermelted
125gmixed marshmallowschopped
½cupred glace cherrieshalved
?cupdesiccated coconut
?cupcrushed nutswhichever nuts you prefer, we love pistachios
500gmilk chocolatechopped and melted
Instructions
Grease 18cm x 28cm slice pan; line base and two long sides with baking paper
Combine biscuit crumbs and better in a large blow, press mixture firmly into pan using a fork.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until firm
Combine marshmallows, cherries, coconut and nuts in a large bowl; stir in melted chocolate. Spoon evenly over base; refrigerate for one hour until firm
Before serving, cut into squares with a hot knife
Notes
Tip: crush biscuits in a food processor. You can melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on high for 30 second bursts, stirring after each.
