Classic Kiwi onion dip

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve in a bowl on the middle of a platter with carrot sticks, celery sticks, yellow pepper sticks, pretzels, crackers and potato chips.
