Pomegranate and apple cider vinaigrette

- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp DYC white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- salt to taste
