Super Easy Corn fritters
Corn fritters are a family favourite and what's not to love about it? Keep them plain for the littlies or dip them in a hot honey barbecue sauce.

- 1 cup corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
- ½ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
- Sweet Sting Space Jam to serve
In a bowl, combine all ingredients apart from the oil and space jam. Stir until well combined and season.
Heat about 1 cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Place the cooked corn fritters on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
Serve warm with hot honey barbecue sauce for the perfect sweet and spicy kick.
