  • Cook karaage chicken according to the packet instructions.
  • Place udon noodles in a large bowl. Pour enough boiling water over to immerse and separate. Rinse under running water and drain well.
  • Divide noodles in bowls, top with lettuce, edamame, chicken, and nori. Pour sesame dressing all over. Enjoy.
