Overnight peaNOT butter oat pottles
Send the kids to school with these healthy oat pottles. These are so yummy and simple that you may want to double the recipe so parents have a delicious lunch too! Make them the evening before for a calm morning. Best of all: the delicious PeaNOT butter is nut free, perfect for those nut-free schools.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except peaNOT butter and fruit. Stir in peaNOT butter with a fork, it can be in ripples.
Divide mixture into pottles or jars, screw on the lids, and pop in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with fruit and a drizzle of sweetness. Yum!
