In a small bowl stir tomato sauce and mayonnaise together until well combined. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
Place the Angel Bay patties on the first tray. Cook from frozen for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Place bacon on the second tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked and crispy. Remove from the oven.
Place burger buns on the third baking tray and pop in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove buns and patty tray (the patties should be in for a total of 25 minutes).
Slather buns with tomato mayonnaise mix.
To build the burgers, add gherkins, sliced tomato, bacon and a patty to each. Top with burger bun. Delish!

Fresh tip: Farmland's new burger bacon is round so perfect for burger buns! For large buns, use 2 or 3 slices.
