Chocolate dipped marshmallow sticks
Kids will go wild over these chocolate marshmallow sticks. They make for a delicious after-school treat and are a perfect party food recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 packet milk chocolate chips
- 1 packet marshmallows
- Hundreds and Thousands or chopped nuts
- Wooden skewer sticks
- Baking paper
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Leave until chocolate has melted
- Thread three marshmallows onto the wooden skewer sticks
- Dip the marshmallow skewers into the bowl of melted chocolate and fully coat the marshmallows.
- While the chocolate is still melted, dip the marshmallows skewers into a bowl of hundreds and thousands (or chopped nuts) until the chocolate is completely covered.
- Place the skewers on a tray of baking paper to set
Notes
White chocolate works just as well for variety.
