Immune Booster Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C and spices which will help stop any colds and silly season lurgies. Keep your immune system running at 100 percent with this sensational smoothie recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 orange peeled
- 1 mandarin peeled
- 1 small carrot cut into chunks
- ½ lemon juice only
- 1¼ cup almond milk
- ? tsp ground turmeric
- 1 small piece Fresh ginger peeled
- ice cubes
- turmeric extra for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, add orange, mandarin, carrot, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, ice cubes and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth
- Serve into 2 glasses and decorate with extra turmeric if desired.
