Mini rainbow noodle bowls
Ready in no time! Make these easy, healthy rainbow noodle bowls for kids’ dinner. (and for you to snack on too!)
Ingredients
- 1 packet Trident Vietnamese Chicken flavoured rice noodles(Pho Chicken) 55g
- ¼ cup shelled edamame beans defrosted
- ¼ cup sweetcorn kennels canned or frozen
- ¼ cup cooked chicken shredded
- ½ small carrot julienned
- ¼ sheet nori cut in thin strips
Instructions
- Prepare noodles according to the packet instructions.
- Divide noodles into 2-4 small bowls (to suit portion size for your child). Top with sweetcorn,edamame, carrot, chicken and nori attractively.
