Homemade bagel chips with smoked salmon spread

This spread is so good, we decided to make our own ‘chips’ to match. Bagel chips are easy to do. You can use whole bagels and slice them in round chips or cut triangles out of half bagels like we did here. They are great for platters or the perfect accompaniment to dips.
