Breakfast sausage toastie

Savour the flavours of a hearty, big breakfast in one delicious toastie! It is packed with a yummy sausage patty, crispy bacon, cheese, a fried egg, and fresh greens.

  • Cook sausage patties according to the packet instructions. Cook bacon on a frying pan until crispy. Make fried eggs.
  • Place a slice of buttered bread on a sandwich press. Layer spinach, sausage patties, sliced cheese, bacon, fried egg and another slice of bread to finish the sandwich. Close the sandwich press to toast.
  • Cut in halves and enjoy straight away.
