Seashells fudge brownies

Try this delicious brownie recipe made with cocoa powder and Guylian seashell praline chocolates for fudgy, gooey, and rich chocolaty treats!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 240 g unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp espresso
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 2 Better Eggs size 7, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g Guylian Seashells chocolate roughly chopped

  • In a large mixing bowl, place brown sugar and melted butter. Beat until smooth. Add the cocoa, vanilla, espresso, and sherry. When the mixture has cooled slightly, add the egg. Mix well.
  • Sift the flour with the baking powder and beat into the wet mixture. Add the chopped chocolate.
  • The mixture should be stiff, but if it is too dry add a little milk.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased or lined brownie cake tin. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
  • When cooled, cut into twelve pieces. Melt the white and dark chocolate for the topping in separate bowls and drizzle over the brownie squares. Place a whole Seashell chocolate in the middle of each piece to serve.
