Ingredients

  • 1 Weet-Bix Cholesterol Lowering wheat biscuit
  • 1 small handful of raw almonds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
  • ½ cup mango slices, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or smoothie machine. Blend for 30 seconds, until well combined.
