Banana Icecream

You’ll love this homemade banana icecream. Not only delicious, but much better than traditional cream-based icecreams. This icecream is dairyfree so shall we call it Banana Ice Dream instead?

Serves 4

All you’ll need is:

4 bananas
1 tablespoon Airborne runny honey
Juice of half an orange

Cut 4 bananas into 2cm slices. Place in an airtight container and freeze overnight.

Remove from the freezer and place into a food processor with the honey and orange juice.   Whiz up until well blended.    Re-freeze again for an hour then serve.

Suggestions:  Top with runny honey and nuts (like walnuts or almonds). Or try adding some toasted coconut or swapping the orange juice for your favourite juice (apple and cranberry is yum as is Ruby Grove Pomegranate which is anti-aging as well. Bonus!)
