We love a good tart and it’s only a week til Spring is sprung in New Zealand, so mark the occasion with this fab asparagus recipe. This recipe does call for Sour Cream Pastry but make it easy on yourself, grab a couple of ready to go puff pastry sheets. Love a good timesaver.
