Plant-based Southern Style bites wrap
A KFC style copycat wrap recipe using plant-based nuggets. Serve with Kumara wedges for a casual summer lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 box Let’s Eat Southern Style Bites
- Lettuce shredded
- 2 Tomato diced
- 4 wraps
Pepper Mayo:
- ½ cup Kewpie mayo
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Southern Style Bites in the air fryer according to the packet instructions.
- Pepper Mayo: In a bowl, mix together the Kewpie mayo, white pepper, black pepper, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread a generous amount of pepper mayo onto each wrap. Add the cooked Southern Style Bites, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Fold in the ends, then roll up the wraps. Toast them lightly if desired for a crisp finish.
