Plant-based Southern Style bites wrap

Pepper Mayo:

  • ½ cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Southern Style Bites in the air fryer according to the packet instructions.
  • Pepper Mayo: In a bowl, mix together the Kewpie mayo, white pepper, black pepper, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  • Spread a generous amount of pepper mayo onto each wrap. Add the cooked Southern Style Bites, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Fold in the ends, then roll up the wraps. Toast them lightly if desired for a crisp finish.
