Plant-based cheeseburger lettuce wrap

Plant based cheeseburger cheese, topped with ketchup, mustard and pickles, held up on a lettuce leaf garnished with tomato and avocado.
Cheeseburger lettuce wraps are completely addictive and a healthy alternative to fast food. We make ours plant-based. These are super simple to whip up for the whole family.

Serving sauces

  • ketchup
  • mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place Let’s Eat patties on the tray.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes. Place a cheese slice on top of each pattie and cook for a final 5 minutes.
  • To serve: Top each large lettuce leaf with pickles, tomato and avocado slices and cheesy pattie. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard and dig in!
