Easy-as apple crumble
Ingredients
- 4 small apples
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 50 g self-raising flour
- 25 g Butter
- 25 g brown sugar
Instructions
- Set oven to 190°C. Peel apples and cut into thin slices. Place in a small pie dish and sprinkle with water.
- Sieve flour into a mixing bowl. Add margarine and rub into flour until thoroughly mixed. Add the sugar.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit and press down firmly. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
