Easy-as apple crumble

  • 4 small apples
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 50 g self-raising flour
  • 25 g Butter
  • 25 g brown sugar


  • Set oven to 190°C. Peel apples and cut into thin slices. Place in a small pie dish and sprinkle with water.
  • Sieve flour into a mixing bowl. Add margarine and rub into flour until thoroughly mixed. Add the sugar.
  • Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit and press down firmly. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
