Ingredients
- 4 free range eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Crack eggs into a bowl.
- Whisk eggs then season with a pinch of salt.
- Slowly melt butter in a nonstick frying pan over low heat.
- Pour in eggs, letting the outside set, then slowly stir with a rubber spatula until eggs are silky, smooth and creamy. Be careful not to overcook.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper and serve with buttery toast.
