Ingredients:
1 cup Greek natural yoghurt
4 tbsp Anathoth Farm Lemon Curd
4 tbsp crushed meringues
Method
1. In each of the two serving glasses layer ¼ cup yoghurt, 1 tablespoon lemon curd and 1 tablespoon crushed meringues. Repeat the process to make layers as desired.
2. Serve immediately.
