Bailey’s truffles
Here is a delicious treat for you chocolate lovers who are partial to a drop of Irish Cream. These Chocolate Baileys Truffles are to die for.
Ingredients
- 100 g biscuit crumbs arrowroot, wine biscuits or gingernuts
- 100 g milk chocolate drops melted
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 50 g butter melted
- 2 tbsp Baileys or similar Irish Cream liqueur.
- icing sugar or cocoa to dust
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, roll into bite sized balls then chill in the fridge for an hour or two, or even overnight.
- When cold, dust with icing sugar or cocoa and coconut.
