Banana chocolate muffins

Katarina developed these innovative Banana-Chocolate muffins that turned out delicious without the use of refined sugar. Ingredients : ( muffins )
- 3.5 oz butter
- 1 cup NuNaturals PreSweet Tagatose
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz milk
- 8.5 oz flour
- 2 oz cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 bananas
- 10 drops NuNaturals Chocolate Stevia Liquid
Ingredients : (frosting )
- NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia Liquid ( to taste )
- 6 oz Cream cheese
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
- Stir together the soft butter and Tagatose
- Add the eggs and milk
- Mash the banana and mix it in the wet ingredients
- Mix together the dry ingredients and stir into the batter, a little at a time & lastly add the chocolate
- Spoon the batter into sprayed muffin cup tin
- Bake for 15 minutes & test with toothpick in center to come out clean
- Let cool on a rack
- Mix together the cream cheese & Vanilla Stevia drops to taste & spread on muffin tops
- Top with slice of banana
