Cold udon salad with Karaage chicken

Super easy one bowl meal for any time of the day. Kids will love it too!
Ingredients
- 1 box Waitoa Karaage Chicken
- 1 packet Trident Udon noodles
- 3 leaves cos lettuce shredded
- 1 cup shelled edamame beans defrosted if frozen
- 1 sheet nori cut in strips
- Store-bought Japanese sesame dressing
Instructions
- Cook karaage chicken according to the packet instructions.
- Place udon noodles in a large bowl. Pour enough boiling water over to immerse and separate. Rinse under running water and drain well.
- Divide noodles in bowls, top with lettuce, edamame, chicken, and nori. Pour sesame dressing all over. Enjoy.
