Dumpling Dipping Sauces
Everybody loves dumplings and these 3 dipping sauces are incredibly tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
Sweet Chilli and Garlic
- ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 lime juice only
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
Soy and Ginger
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 small spring onion thinly sliced
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon Olivado Sesame Oil
Red Curry and Coconut
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp thai red curry paste
- 1 lime juice only
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger minced
Instructions
Sweet Chilli and Garlic Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add more vinegar or sugar to taste.
Soy and Ginger Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Red Curry and Coconut Cooking Instructions:
- In a pot, combine the coconut milk and curry paste. Stir to combine, then bring to a simmer over a medium heat. Cook until slightly thickened.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, then pour in the coconut mixture and stir to combine.
