Easter Cookies

There are so many cute ways to celebrate Easter. Think bunnies, chocolate eggs, fluffy ducklings! Invite friends or family over and get baking with these simple yummy Easter Cookies. Remember to have cellophane and ribbons so you can wrap them up beautifully. Happy Easter everyone!

Serves 20

You need:
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
3 cups of sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
How to make Easter cookies:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat well.
Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the creamed mixture.
Add the milk and the vanilla and chill the dough for an hour.
Roll the dough out.
Dip a rabbit, egg or any easter shaped cookie cutter into flour and cut the cookies.
Place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
Once completely cooled, ice your cute Easter cookies with beautiful pastel colours.
