The great thing about this recipe is that you don’t need to worry about the omelette sticking to the bottom of the pan. So quick and easy that kids can even make it themselves.
What You Need:
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp diced ham
1 Tbsp diced green capsicum
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Grease a microwave-safe cup or mug with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients.
Microwave uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir.
Cook 1 to 1-1/2 minutes longer or until eggs are completely set.
