Gourmet pesto lamb burger

A gourmet twist for these tasty lamb burgers. If dad's favourite meat is lamb this is sure to be a winning recipe for Fathers Day. Serve with side salad and chips.
Ingredients
- 4 Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patties frozen
- 4 brioche style burger buns
- 4 tbsp store bought tzatziki
- ½ red onion cut into thin rings
- 100 g feta crumbled
- rocket and salad greens
- 1 packet Beekist Chef's Selection tomatoes thinly sliced
To serve
- basil pesto
- hand cut fries
- side salad
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place lamb patties on. Cook from frozen for 20 minutes.
- Once the patties have 5 minutes to go, pop the brioche buns in the oven to warm.
- To assemble: slather tzatziki onto the bottom of each bun then scatter on crumbled feta. Top with rocket and salad greens, red onion, a lamb pattie and tomato. Spoon on a generous amount of pesto on top, then top with brioche bun. Serve while hot.
