Ham & Cheese tortilla “croissants”

A fun mini snack "croissants" recipe made from sliced tortillas, ham and cheese. Serve hot from oven with drinks or pack for a picnic.

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Trim the sides of the tortillas and cut each into 3 long triangles.
  • Top with a slice of cheese and ham. Starting from the flat end of the triangle, roll the tortillas up into croissants and sit on the baking tray.
  • Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
