  • 2 whole grain wraps
  • cup tzatziki homemade or store-bought
  • cucumber ribbons
  • 4 slices cheese we used cheddar
  • 4 slices Country Pride shaved leg ham
  • A handful baby spinach leaves

  • Spread a thin layer of tzatziki on the wrap, layer with cucumber ribbons, cheese slices, ham and spinach leaves. Roll it up tightly and slice into bite-sized pinwheels.
  • Add a handful of cherry tomatoes, nuts or fruit to complete your lunchbox.

You can prepare the wrap the night before, roll it up tight using beeswax or plastic wrap and keep it refrigerated so it stays fresh and keeps its shape before slicing.
