Cream Cheese and Pepper Pinwheels

A yummy appetiser that is quick and easy to make ahead of time. Not only do these peppery pinwheels look pretty as part of a party platter, but they taste perfect too!

Serves 8 – 10

You Will Need:

2 tubs cream cheese
2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp Tabasco Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
2 Tsp Original Tabasco Pepper Sauce
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 1/2 kgs thinly sliced deli meat (such as champagne ham, pastrami, chicken or turkey)


Combine cream cheese, parsley and Tabasco Sauce in a bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Spread about 2 1/2 tablespoons over each tortilla and top with two slices meat.
Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Place rolls in an airtight container and chill until ready to serve.
Remove toothpicks and cut into 4cm slices.
