Lemon Cream Cheese and Salmon Bruschetta

Stuck for a snack to serve guests at short notice, this Cream Cheese and Lemon Spread on bruschetta will make you look like a Masterchef winner.

Serves 12 – 15

You Will Need:

Juice of 1 lemon

250g cream cheese


How to:

Combine lemon juice and cream cheese in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread liberally on your bruschetta and top with smoked salmon, capers or homemade salsa. Dill tips and lemon curls can also add a nice touch.
