Rodeo Burger

This cheeseburger is big in both flavour and size. Two beef patties, two slices of cheese, special tangy sauce, and as many pickles & onion rings as possible to fit in the soft fluffy bun.

- 2 Brioche Gourmet Buns Plain
- 4 Angel Bay Premium Beef Patties
- 4 slices Mainland American Style Cheddar Cheese
- 4 rashers Farmland Bacon
- 6-8 McCain Pub Style Onion Rings
- McClures Pickles crinkle cut
- Heinz Pickle Flavoured Tomato Ketchup Sauce
- Heinz American Mustard
- McCains Air Fryer Rustic Skin On Chips to serve with
Instructions
- Cook the beef patties and onion rings according to the packet instructions. Grill or pan-fry the bacon until crispy then place on a paper towel. Set aside. Toast the buns. Cook fries according to the pack instructions.
- To assemble the burgers: On a bottom bun spread the mustard. Place pickles, a patty, a slice of cheese, then another patty and cheese. Load bacon and onion rings on top. Drizzle ketchup and finish with the top bun.
- Serve with the chips.
