Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

Gather tasty ingredients and create these lovely wraps for lunch, or picnic!
Ingredients
- 1 box Waitoa Gluten Free Chicken Tenders
- 4 Farrah’s Mediterranean Tomato Wraps
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 medium cucumber peeled and diced
- ½ cup Mainland Crumbly Feta cheese crumbled
- ½ red onion finely chopped
- 4 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes
- 4 tbsp sliced black olives optional
Instructions
- Cook the chicken tenders according to the packet instructions and set side.
- Lay the wraps on the benchtop and spread each one with a good layer of hummus. This will help stick all the other fillings to the wrap.
- Scatter the spinach leaves over the hummus and then top with a sprinkling of all the other fillings. Place the chicken tenders over the top of the filling.
- Fold in the ends, then roll up the wraps.
