Raspberry Vinaigrette

Castle Rock Winery on NZ’s Coromandel coast make the most amazing raspberry vinegar. This recipe uses Castle Rock Raspberry Vinegar mixed with other goodies to make the most stunning stunning salad rasberry vinaigrette.

Mix together

• One and a half tablespoons of Castle Rock Raspberry Vinegar
• Half a tablespoon of malt vinegar
• Half a teaspoon of honey
• One tablespoon of rice bran or olive oil
• One clove of crushed garlic
• Ground black pepper

Shake well then simply drizzle over a leafy chicken or turkey salad wiht nuts or warm asparagus for a exquisite taste sensation. Serves 8.
