Scrambled Eggs (How To Cook Eggs 5 Ways)

  • 4 free range eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt & pepper


  • Crack eggs into a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs then season with a pinch of salt.
  • Slowly melt butter in a nonstick frying pan over low heat.
  • Pour in eggs, letting the outside set, then slowly stir with a rubber spatula until eggs are silky, smooth and creamy. Be careful not to overcook.
  • Season to taste with salt & pepper and serve with buttery toast.
