Wagyu Beef Cheeks Bao bun sliders
Meltingly tender and delicious slow cooked beef in soft fluffy bao buns with crisp accents of colourful veggies. Ready in under 30 minutes with minimum preparation. This is just perfect for a hearty midweek meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pack First Light Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek 400g
- 4 United Food Co Bao Buns
- ½ cucumber finely diced
- ½ red capsicum finely diced
- Fresh coriander
Instructions
- Heat the slow cooked Wagyu Beef Cheeks according to the packet instructions, then use two forks to shred them.
- Heat the bao buns according to the packet instructions.
- Place a generous amount of shredded beef inside each bun.
- Sprinkle the veggies over the beef, garnish with coriander to serve.
