10 Minute Dark Chocolate Brownie
This 10 minute dark chocolate brownie may just be the easiest and fastest chocolate brownie ever! Great for when you NEED a chocolate fix but you’re low on time.
Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 1 cup Chantal Organics golden sugar
- 2 free range eggs
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup dark chocolate drops
To serve
- Extra cocoa powder
- Extra dark chocolate melted
Instructions
- Melt butter in the microwave or in a pot over a low heat.
- Add sugar and eggs and mix.
- Add the other ingredients and lightly mix.
- Line a microwave proof dish with baking paper.
- Cook in the microwave high for 5 minutes.
- Cool, cut and devour!

Really quick & yum but I would check cooking from maybe 4mins on as I did the full 5 & it was over cooked.
