Chocolate Brownie Sundae

For all you chocolate lovers out there, here is a recipe that will have you drooling at the mouth. This chocolate brownie sundae is absolutely delicious and so easy to make that there is no excuse not to try it!

Serves 6

What You Need:

Fresh brownies (see brownie recipe)
Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream
Chocolate syrup
Walnuts
Whipped Cream (optional)
Cherries or fresh strawberries

Method:

Place a large slice of warm fresh brownie onto a plate.
Top the brownie with two large scoops of ice cream.
Warm up the chocolate sauce and drizzle it over the ice cream.
Then crumble a another slice of brownie with your hands over the ice cream sundae.
Sprinkle with some walnuts and then top with some whipped cream and a cherry.
