Ingredients
Pomegranate and apple cider vinaigrette
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 3 tbsp DYC apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Traditional Kiwi salad dressing
- ½ tin reduced cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup DYC Malt Vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Sour cream dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp DYC white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
Pomegranate and apple cider vinaigrette
- In a small bowl, combine the pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar and mustard. Whisk to combine.
- While whisking continuously, drizzle the extra virgin olive oil into the bowl. You should end up with a well emulsified dressing. Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
Traditional Kiwi salad dressing
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
- Allow to stand for a few minutes until mixture thickens.
- Keep refrigerated & use within 5 days.
Sour cream dressing
- Place the sour cream in a small bowl and stir to remove any lumps.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings.
