Rosemary, maple & spice roasted nuts
Dress up your favourite nuts and seeds in maple syrup and festive aromas! These roasted sweet & spicy mixed nuts are perfect for gifting, snacking or for a charcuterie board.
Ingredients
- 100 g FreshLife Californian Walnuts
- 100 g FreshLife Natural Almonds
- 80 g FreshLife Macadamias Nuts
- 70 g FreshLife Pecans
- 70 g FreshLife Pistachio Kernels
- 80 g FreshLife pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp good quality cooking oil nut oil, olive oil etc.
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Place all the nuts and seeds onto a lined roasting tray, drizzle oil and maple syrup, scatter over the salt, spices and rosemary. Toss to coat all the nuts.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until golden all over, carefully shaking the tray every 10-15 minutes to make sure they cook evenly.
