Ingredients
- 12 rashers Farmland streaky bacon
- 4 Better Eggs
- 4 Gourmet Brioche buns
- 4 tsp Kewpie mayonnaise
- Rum & Que meat juice
- Dot’s Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the barbecue high for at least 10 minutes. Lower the heat to medium and spray oil on the grill plate.
- Lay the bacon strips on the barbecue, making sure they don’t overlap. Cook for 10 mins, turning a few times until crisp. Place the cooked bacon on a plate and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, fry eggs in a skillet on the barbecue.
- Slice the brioche buns. Toast them cut side down on the grill plate after bacon is finished.
- Place the bottom half of the bun on a plate and add a good squirt of mayonnaise. Place a fried egg and three slices of the glazed bacon on top, add a generous drizzle of meat juice, and top with the other half of the bun.
