13 Anzac Biscuits
Ice cream of your choice
Caramel sauce (we love Delmaine)
Coconut threads

Into 6 sundae glasses, crumble one Anzac biscuit into each. Top with a scoop of ice cream, the drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coconut.

Repeat the steps, and finish with a light sprinkle of 1 last biscuit. Serve immediately.
