Baked chicken with Worcestershire
This scrumptious Baked Chicken recipe is really easy and uses a kiwi fave Worcestershire Sauce. Hard to spell, easy to say - wooster sauce!
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken pieces
- oil
- garlic powder or garlic herb seasoning.
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Spray or rub just a bit of rice bran oil on each chicken piece. Then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish skin side up. Pour the Worcestershire sauce over them. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 175°C for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes or until done.
